2021 – 2022 ADMISSIONS

On behalf of Redeemer Day School, we are delighted that you are interested in applying your child for admission for the 2021 – 2022 school year.  We will begin accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year in September, but we are happy to answer questions now.

Tours & Open House

We will be holding individual tours for parents rather than having scheduled Open House events this year.  Please email info@redeemerdayschool.org or 404-985-6005 to schedule your tour or a Zoom call.  Redeemer Day School is located at The Church of The Apostles, 3585 Northside Parkway, NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30327. Tours are optional and not a required step of the admissions process.

Accepting Applications In September

We will begin accepting applications for the 2021- 2022 school year in September.  Once we receive your application and $50 application fee, we will contact you to schedule a parent interview (all applicants) and a student observation (Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten Applicants).   Applications received by Tuesday, December 01, 2020 will be given priority over later applications received after December 1st.

Re-Enrollment Contracts

Current student re-enrollment and tuition contracts are due on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. Re-enrollment and tuition contracts may be hand delivered to Redeemer Day School or postmarked no later than December 15, 2020. Each re-enrollment and tuition contract (available for download in November) must be accompanied with the required $150 enrollment fee.

Parent Interviews and Observations

Once your student application form and fee are processed, Redeemer Day School will contact you to schedule your parent interview (required of all new families) and any observations for your child (only required for students applying for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten).

Admissions Acceptance Via Email

Parents of new applicants whose applications are received by December 01, 2020 will receive an email notification of their child(ren)’s admission decision on Friday, January 08, 2021. Rolling admissions will begin on that date and will continue as long as space is available.  Acceptances are emailed to the parents of students applying during rolling admissions as soon as requirements (such as the parent interview and student evaluation for pre-k and kindergarten) are met.

New Student Enrollment Contracts

If your child is accepted to Redeemer Day School, new student enrollment contracts, along with the $150 enrollment fee, are due (postmarked) by Friday, January 22, 2021.  Students accepted after this date will have two weeks after receiving their invitation to enroll to return their contract and enrollment fee.
